Main Features

■ Automatic loading and unloading of U beam, automatic location, and automatic operation without manual work. Especially suitable for automatic batch production for holes on web of U beam.

■ The line can equipped with one or two punching units. In the two punching units, the smaller has hole- searching function on X and Y directions and punch holes simultaneously with the bigger one, which greatly improves the productivity.

■ Each punching unit has forth- back detection function, so the shape error of beam can be detected and compensated in accuracy. Even though for the same beam, different holes can appoint different flanges as location standard.
