Line Monitoring System For Air-Flow High -Pressure Squeeze Moulding Line

The line monitoring system can record all the data generated in the moulding process and move along with the flask, including the product model, sand adding amount, compaction pressure, compaction time, air- flow pre-compacting time, whether scrap sand mould, whether coating, whether pouring, pouring time, cooling time, etc., all of which are stored in the database, and finally, punched out in sequence according to the set cooling time.
