The production line mainly consists of: feed positioning device, truss manipulator, CNC horizontal double-sided machining center, waste workpiece transfer device, CNC horizontal double- sided milling machine, CNC horizontal vertical double- sided milling machine, manual inspection and calibration platform, CNC horizontal double- sided machining center with A- axis, scrap collection system, protective fence, etc. The machine tool, loading station and unloading station in the production line are equipped with monitoring cameras, which can monitor the whole production line all day without dead angle. The production line adopts German Siemens CNC system, the main crossbeam adopts imported European standard 5- level precision rectangular guide rail, rack and bridge double side drive, and the main electrical components, hydraulic components, air pressure components and transmission components are imported.
